Our dual-fuel burners are engineered for gas, light/heavy oil, and diesel operation, offering single or two-stage performance with an optional modulating system for precise thermal load control. Designed with an aluminum frame, high-pressure fan, and adjustable combustion head, these burners deliver stable, high-efficiency flames. Equipped with a digital display, users can adjust parameters, monitor flame intensity, and fine-tune the air/gas ratio curve. Advanced features include electronic or mechanical modulation systems that maintain optimal combustion efficiency through real-time thermal load adaptation. The ABB SM503FC (Model: SM503FC/B000010E/STD) is a rugged field-mountable videographic recorder designed for industrial environments. It supports up to three analog input channels and measures current, resistance, temperature, and voltage with high accuracy (approx. 0.1–0.2%). Housed in an IP66/NEMA 4X-rated enclosure for wall, pipe, or panel mounting, it features internal flash storage (64 MB), SD card archiving, Ethernet/MODBUS communication, and built-in password protection. Fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards, the SM500F series ensures secure, regulatory-grade process data logging via a user-friendly Windows-style interface.


pH Transmitter

This field-mounted pH/ORP indicating transmitter offers rugged, two-wire operation with a user-friendly LCD for real-time measurement and display of pH (0–14) or ORP (±2000 mV) values and temperature. Featuring automatic/manual temperature compensation (via PT‑100/1000), auto‐recognition of buffer standards, and self-diagnostics, it delivers ±0.01 pH accuracy and ±3 mV ORP precision. With IP66 flameproof die-cast aluminum housing, loop-powered 4–20 mA output, relay outputs, RS‑485/RS‑232 communications, password-secured configuration, and up to three calibration points, the transmitter offers reliable performance in harsh industrial environments like ETPs, chemical plants, and food & beverage systems.

Spirax Sacro

 

 

 

The Spirax Sarco pilot operated pressure regulator works by balancing the downstream pressure against a control spring. This modulates a small valve head over a seat (the pilot). The flow through this seat is directed, in turn to the main valve diaphragm, where it modulates the main valve. In order to achieve the most stable operating condition, an external pressure sensing line must be used. This allows downstream pressure to feed back to the underside of the pilot diaphragm, balancing the spring force, causing the pilot valve to throttle. This settles the pilot valve, allowing a constant flow across the main diaphragm. This ensures that the main valve is also settled to give a stable downstream pressure.
