Lab & Instrumentation Workshop
Precise Automation & Electric Engineering maintains a fully equipped Lab & Instrumentation Workshop to support the testing, calibration, and development of industrial control systems and instruments. This in-house facility allows us to prepare, simulate, and refine systems before they are deployed on-site, ensuring superior performance, reliability, and compliance with technical standards.
Our workshop serves as the starting point for many of our automation and engineering projects. Here, our engineers design and assemble control panels, wire PLCs, test PID controllers, and calibrate sensors using certified equipment and industry best practices. This controlled environment enables us to verify each component and logic flow before it reaches the client’s facility.
We offer calibration services for a wide range of instruments, both in our lab and at client sites. These include:
- Pressure and differential pressure transmitters
- Flow meters (magnetic, turbine, insertion types)
- IP positioners and control valves
- Level, temperature, and vibration sensors
- pH, RPM, and humidity measurement instruments
Calibration ensures that every device performs accurately within its operating range, helping our clients maintain process integrity and meet quality assurance requirements.
The workshop also plays a key role in project startup. Our team begins with equipment wiring, control panel layout, and initial software configuration within the lab. Circuit diagrams, wiring layouts, and control logics are created using professional design tools like Visio. Before dispatch, each system undergoes simulation and performance checks, reducing commissioning time and minimizing on-site issues.
In addition, the workshop handles repairs and preventive maintenance of electronic instruments and equipment. Using advanced diagnostic tools and testing benches, our skilled technicians restore faulty devices and optimize their performance to factory standards.
