Panels are fabricated, instruments are configured, and systems are tested in our lab. All hardware and software components are pre-integrated and validated before field deployment, reducing risk and ensuring on-site readiness.
The next phase is installation and commissioning, where our technical team installs the systems at the client’s facility. This includes cable routing, panel mounting, sensor placement, and system calibration. Once installed, we conduct comprehensive testing and performance verification to ensure that all systems are functioning as intended under real operating conditions.
Upon successful commissioning, we provide hands-on training and technical documentation. Plant operators and maintenance teams are trained on system operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance procedures. We deliver user manuals, circuit diagrams, and software backups for long-term reference and support.
Our commitment doesn’t end with handover. Through our post-installation support and maintenance services, we ensure long-term system performance and reliability. Our engineers are available on-call to provide troubleshooting, updates, or enhancements as needed. We also offer periodic maintenance contracts to keep systems optimized and up to date.
